My interviewer moved the interview with only a few hours' notice. Should I just accept?

Recruiting asked to move my interview to later today because the interviewer has a conflict. I technically can make it work, but it would be much harder for me. Is it okay to ask for another day instead?

Yes. A last-minute firm-side change does not mean you must accept a time that creates a real problem for you.
