What is the BCG Empower Program?

The BCG Empower Program is an exclusive, three-day workshop hosted by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for incoming pre-MBA students from underrepresented backgrounds. This invite-only program offers participants hands-on consulting experience, mentorship opportunities, and in-depth exposure to BCG’s unique culture and values.

BCG Empower is a part of the BCG Unlock Program, a broader summer education initiative designed to familiarize incoming MBA students with BCG and the consulting profession. While BCG Unlock is a voluntary virtual program open to all incoming MBA students, BCG Empower stands out as an exclusive workshop tailored specifically for students from underrepresented backgrounds.
