  • How long will I have access to the games?

    You will have unlimited access to the free version of game simulation.


    For full version of the games, you have personal access for 40 days from the date of purchase.

  • How do I access the game simulation after signing up?

    To access the game, follow these three steps:


    1. Ensure you are logged in. If not, you can sign in here.


    2. Once you are logged in, access all your enrolled courses by clicking on 'My Dashboard' located in the top right corner of our web page.


    3. Confirm that you have enrolled in the McKinsey PSG Simulation course. On your Dashboard, you will find a course card titled 'McKinsey PSG Simulation' if you have successfully enrolled. If you cannot find it, that means you have not enrolled in the course. You can sign up here.

  • What is your refund policy?

    If a customer finds errors/issues that prevent them from completing the game AND the customer can provide specifics like screenshots & explanations, then the customer can request a partial, and in some cases, full refund. The customer will need to request the return before finishing 1 paid game or within 24 hours of purchase, whichever comes first. A reason like “I did not like the content” will not qualify for a refund.


    Please note that to request a refund, the customer must include the following in their email:

    • Full-screen screenshots and video recordings showing the errors (with the browser visible).
    • The specific questions and answers where the issue occurred (e.g., Case 1, Question 2).
    • The browser the customer is using.
