If a customer finds errors/issues that prevent them from completing games or courses AND the customer can provide specifics like screenshots & explanations, then the customer can request a partial, and in some cases, full refund. The customer will need to request the return before finishing 3 paid videos, 1 paid game or within 24 hours of the purchase, whichever comes first. A reason like “I did not like the content” will not qualify for a refund.
