Focus on signals of the underlying skills rather than copying the exact extracurriculars available at target schools.

Strong alternatives can include leading a student organization, running a real project for a local business or nonprofit, doing analytical research, competing in broader business competitions, or building measurable impact in an internship.

You can also create your own case-practice group and use alumni or nearby university events for networking where permitted.
