Correctness matters, but very slow execution can still become a problem because Solve is time-constrained. The right target is accurate decisions at a sustainable pace, not perfect certainty on every task.
During practice, separate tasks where extra time genuinely improves the answer from tasks where you are simply rechecking because you are uncomfortable moving on.
Use a personal time threshold. If the additional minute is unlikely to change the decision, commit and preserve time for the rest of the assessment. If useful, this guide on McKinsey Solve guide gives more detail.
