Show the progression through scope, responsibility, and achievements rather than changing the official title.
Recruiters care about evidence that your role grew. A title is only one way to show progression, and it is better to keep the official title accurate than to create a label your employer never used.
You can keep the same title and make the newer bullets clearly reflect larger teams, bigger budgets, more senior stakeholders, or expanded ownership. If appropriate, you can also note a promotion or expanded scope in a short parenthetical description.
Use the official title, then rewrite the bullets so the increase in responsibility is obvious. If your company formally recognized a promotion without changing titles, describe that fact accurately in the role header or first bullet. If useful, this guide on consulting experienced-hire criteria gives more detail.
