How should I present freelance project work on a consulting application?

I have done several paid freelance projects for small businesses while studying, but there was no formal employer or internship program. How should I present that work so it looks credible rather than like random side gigs?

Mayank G.CoachA remote internship is not automatically weaker. Recruiters care more about the substance of the work, the level of responsibility and the evidence of impact than whether you sat in the same building as your team.
