Use the strongest examples, not automatically the newest ones. A story from several years ago is fine if it shows meaningful leadership, conflict, impact, or growth and you can discuss it with detail.

Your story set should still demonstrate who you are now. If every strong example is from early in your career, the interviewer may wonder what you have done recently.
