Founder experience can be a strong consulting signal if you translate it into the skills the role needs.

Highlight decisions under uncertainty, customer insight, team leadership, commercial ownership and execution with limited resources.

You should also explain why consulting is a deliberate next step. Recruiters may reasonably want to understand the move from ownership into client service.
