Start with structured case-practice communities, school consulting clubs, alumni groups and other candidates on a similar timeline.
A good partner does not need to be an expert, but they should be reliable, willing to give feedback and able to run cases consistently.
Rotate partners occasionally so you do not overfit to one person's style or favorite case types.
