If the delay is noticeable and affecting the conversation, mention it briefly. A simple acknowledgment helps the interviewer understand that the interruptions are technical rather than a communication habit.
You do not need to make the issue a major event. Say that you are hearing a slight delay, pause a little longer before responding, and continue. If the connection becomes unusable, ask whether switching audio or reconnecting makes sense.
Trying to pretend nothing is wrong can make repeated interruptions more distracting. A short explanation usually reduces ambiguity and lets both sides adjust their pacing.
Before the interview, test your connection and have a backup audio option where possible. During the call, prioritize clear communication over pretending the technology is perfect.
