They can include virtual sessions, office visits, workshops, networking, case exposure and conversations with consultants. The exact structure and selectivity differ by firm and year.

Participation can help you learn the firm and build relationships earlier, but it is not the same thing as receiving an internship offer. Treat the program as an opportunity to understand the firm and make a strong early impression.

Read the current program page carefully because names, eligibility rules and dates can change. If you are interested, apply early and continue normal MBA recruiting preparation even if you are selected.
