The newer SFL is a 30-minute team simulation rather than the earlier short scenario-question format. You lead four Researchers across four Workstations, starting with Tutorial and Onboarding before moving through Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3.

Each project day follows Explore, Assign, Support and Reflect. You use limited information to understand Researchers and Workstations, make assignments, respond to situational questions and then judge how confident you are in what you know.
