The current version is a 30-minute team leadership simulation. You manage four Researchers across four Workstations and move through Tutorial, Onboarding, Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 rather than answering a short set of isolated scenarios.

Each day uses the same Explore, Assign, Support and Reflect cycle. Day 1 emphasizes the Researchers' needs, Day 2 emphasizes the Workstations' needs, and Day 3 requires you to balance both when making decisions.
