Recruiters need to understand your pre-MBA progression, impact, leadership and current MBA experience quickly. A second page often adds lower-priority detail rather than stronger evidence.

Use the MBA to sharpen the story rather than expand the document. Keep the strongest professional accomplishments, relevant leadership and a concise education section. Activities should earn their space by adding a real signal.
