Should I list an internal promotion if the job title barely changed?

I was promoted from Senior Analyst to Senior Analyst II with much bigger scope, but the title difference looks minor. Should I separate the roles on my consulting resume or combine them?

I uploaded the wrong resume version to my MBB application. Should I email recruiting?

I realized after submitting that I uploaded an older resume with one outdated bullet and an old job title. The rest is basically the same. Is it worth emailing recruiting with the corrected file, or does that draw more attention to the mistake?
