Real consulting work rarely ends with perfect information. A strong answer shows that you understand what still needs to be validated, what risk matters most, and how the next piece of work would improve the decision.
If you recommended launching a product but customer willingness to pay was based on limited data, you might say you would use the extra hour to test price sensitivity because that could materially change the economics.
