You still have time to build meaningful evidence of leadership, and it does not need to come from having the biggest title on campus.

Recruiters care about what you actually owned and changed. Taking responsibility for a project, growing an initiative, leading a team, or creating measurable impact can be more compelling than holding a title with little substance.

You might take ownership of recruiting for a student organization, lead a fundraising project, manage a research team, or build something independently. The story becomes stronger when you can show a clear problem, your actions, and an outcome.

Choose one or two activities where you can take real ownership over the next two semesters. Prioritize depth and measurable results instead of joining several clubs just to collect titles.

You don't need president titles everywhere. Owning one real project gives you a much better story.
