Four days before final round is not the ideal time to rebuild your approach around unfamiliar case types. Fill only the gaps that are likely to expose a real weakness.
Use most of the time to sharpen transferable skills: structure, math, synthesis, judgment, and fit. One targeted exposure to an unfamiliar type can be enough to reduce surprise.
The final day should be lighter so you arrive sharp rather than overloaded. If useful, this guide on final-round consulting interviews gives more detail.
