Casey is not simply easier or harder. It is different. The format changes the experience quite a bit because you are responding to a digital flow instead of interacting with a human interviewer in real time.

That usually means some candidates feel more comfortable because there is less social pressure, while others find it harder because the prompts can feel less flexible and there is less opportunity to steer the conversation with good communication.

The safest approach is to prepare for the actual format instead of assuming that skill in one setting will transfer perfectly to the other.
