Do not assume Bain uses one assessment everywhere; SOVA and TestGorilla have both appeared in different processes.

The test provider and components can vary by office, role and date, particularly across experienced-hire and graduate recruiting.

A friend completing one platform in London doesn't establish what an applicant to a North American specialist role will receive. A reported number from another candidate may reflect a different game, period or scoring interpretation.

Read the assessment name and modules on your Bain invitation first; formats can differ by hiring process. If SOVA is listed, use the Bain SOVA preparation guide rather than trying to prepare for every test you have seen discussed online.

The conflicting advice online is confusing.
