Do not choose a chart in isolation. Reconcile what each exhibit is measuring and connect both back to the client's objective.
Two charts can point in different directions because they answer different questions, use different time periods, or reveal a tradeoff. The conflict itself may be the insight you need to explain.
Market growth could be strong while the client's share is falling. The first chart supports market attractiveness, while the second raises a competitiveness problem. Your recommendation should reflect both rather than treating one as wrong.
For each exhibit, state the observation, what it means, and how it changes the decision. Then identify whether the charts can coexist logically before deciding which factor should receive more weight. If useful, this guide on case interview insight generation gives more detail.
