Bridge to BCG is selective, so a strong PhD profile does not make admission automatic.

Selection depends on the applicant pool, eligibility window, application quality and how clearly you show interest in consulting beyond academic credentials.

A strong application usually translates research into impact, leadership and problem solving rather than listing technical achievements.

Apply seriously, but keep preparing for normal BCG recruiting because the bridge program is one route, not the only route.

I know people who missed the bridge program and still recruited successfully later, so I would not treat it as a final verdict.
