Start each bullet with the outcome or ownership, not the task. The recruiter should quickly see what changed because of your work.
Use a simple formula: action, scope, result, and enough context to understand why it mattered.
Quantify where the number is genuinely meaningful, but do not force percentages into every line. Strong bullets can also show senior stakeholder exposure, decision influence, or complexity.
Read each bullet and ask: does this prove impact, ownership, or skill? If it only describes responsibility, rewrite it.
