Start with what changed because of your work, not with the title you held. 'Vice President, Finance Society' tells the recruiter almost nothing about your actual contribution.
Break the role into actions: Did you recruit a team, run an event, negotiate sponsorship, create a new process, grow membership or solve a problem? Those are the raw materials for stronger bullets.
Then add scale or outcome where possible. Numbers such as attendance, budget, sponsorship value, team size or growth make the bullet more concrete without exaggerating the importance of the club.
A before-and-after example makes the method concrete. Weak: "Helped organize club events." Stronger: "Led a five-person team to redesign sponsor outreach for the consulting club, securing three new sponsors and funding two additional employer events." The stronger version shows ownership, scale and outcome without pretending the club was a corporate job. For more detail, see the consulting resume guide.
