Treat each interview as a reset. The biggest risk is carrying frustration or excitement from one room into the next.
Before the day, make the logistics easy: sleep, food, water, technology and materials should require as little attention as possible. During short breaks, avoid replaying the case you just finished.
Use a simple reset routine: stand up, breathe, drink water and remind yourself that the next interviewer is evaluating a new interaction. If you made a mistake earlier, you cannot improve that interview by analyzing it between rounds.
Practice some multi-case sessions before the interview day so sustained focus feels familiar. Endurance improves when you have rehearsed more than one case in sequence.
