Start with your consulting club, recruiting cohort and classmates targeting similar firms or interview timelines.
A good partner does not need to be your best friend or already excellent at casing. Reliability, willingness to give specific feedback and similar preparation intensity matter more.
Rotate partners early so you experience different styles, then keep a smaller group of people who consistently give useful feedback. You can also practice with second-years or alumni for occasional higher-quality calibration.
Set expectations before each session: who gives the case, whether it is a coaching session or mock, and what feedback you want. That makes peer practice much more efficient. For more detail, see the case interview examples.
