A smaller consulting office is not automatically easier to enter or better for your career.
Smaller offices may offer tight teams and early exposure, but they can also have fewer graduate vacancies and less project variety. Large offices may offer broader staffing networks yet greater competition.
A small office specializing in one industry can be excellent if that's your interest, but the same office may be a poor fit if you want to explore several sectors.
Ask alumni about team size, staffing model, training access and travel. Base your ranking on fit and actual office demand, not an assumption that fewer applicants means better odds.
