Interesting one. I'd prep like they know the broad feedback but not assume they read every comment.

I am heading into a final round and I am curious how much context the interviewers already have. Do final-round interviewers typically see comments or feedback from the first round, or should I assume they are evaluating me fresh?

I used my strongest leadership and conflict stories in the first round. If the final-round interviewers ask similar questions, can I reuse those stories, or should I prepare completely different examples in case feedback is shared?
Mayank G.CoachYou can reuse a strong story in the final round if it genuinely answers the question. There is no need to retire your best example simply because one interviewer has heard it.
In a mock final round, the interviewer cut off my analysis and asked what I would recommend right now. If a partner does that in the real interview, should I give a provisional recommendation even if I am not done?
Mayank G.CoachGive the best recommendation supported by the evidence you have and label the remaining uncertainty.
I keep hearing that partner rounds are more conversational and more focused on fit. Should I shift my prep heavily toward behavioral questions for R2, or should I expect the case to matter just as much?
Mayank G.CoachDo not reduce final-round preparation to fit. Senior interviewers may run interviews more conversationally, but they can still test case skills, judgment, synthesis, and how you respond when the discussion becomes less scripted.
