Yes, you can reuse a strong story across different interviews when it genuinely fits the question.
Different interviewers usually evaluate you independently, and a strong example does not become weaker simply because another interviewer heard it earlier.
However, do not force one story into every competency. If you keep stretching the same example to answer unrelated questions, the story will become less convincing.
