Without knowing the exact scoring rules for a particular assessment, I would not assume that either completion rate or accuracy is always dominant. Your goal is to manage the tradeoff intelligently.

Do not rush easy questions just to preserve time for every item. At the same time, avoid spending so long on one difficult question that you lose several later opportunities.

Practice under the real time constraint and track both accuracy and completion. The right pacing strategy is the one that maximizes your total performance, not either metric by itself.

My scores got worse when I became obsessed with finishing 100%.
