About
I spent several years at McKinsey and now run my own strategy consultancy. I know what these firms are looking for because I have lived inside that world.
When it comes to case prep, I focus on one thing above everything else: training your brain to think in structure until it feels completely natural. There is no perfect answer in a case interview. There never was. What they are actually looking for is someone who knows how to approach a problem, break it down, and move through it with clarity. Once you build that muscle, any case becomes manageable. That is what we work on.
For personal fit, I do teach you what they are looking for. But my approach is never about changing yourself to fit a mold. It is about taking that mold and making it fit you. Your story, your background, your way of thinking. We work on making that come through with the logic and confidence the process expects.
A lot of candidates arrive over-prepared on frameworks and completely underprepared on their own narrative. I help with both, and I make sure neither one feels like a performance.
I work with candidates across all backgrounds and experience levels, with a particular interest in supporting women entering the industry. Fluent in English, Spanish, and German.
